Years ago, I thought being gay was a curse. As time goes on, I realize how it is a blessing. I am not talking about the sex, but the mission. What does that mean? Well, I believe God has roles for all of us. If we all were exactly the same, then one might say is God really great? If he created a society like the "Stepford Wives", is he really that great? I think diversity is what makes God great. The fact that I was created gay has given me so many opportunities that I would never have had if I wasn't straight. If I was straight, I would have been doing the same thing as everyone I grew up with is. It would have been special, but God had bigger plans in the works. I love this quote, "What is to give LIGHT must endure BURNING." Viktor Frankel. That explains it all.
